Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it to a ring size chart.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Then, check a size chart for the matching ring size.

Visit a jeweler

For the most accurate measurement, visit a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. They can also adjust your ring afterward to your desired size.

Tips
