Vintage 9 carat solid gold cluster ring with a big sapphire in the middle, surrounded by six diamonds and twelve sapphires. The band is engraved with stars for a whimsical effect. Marked for 9ct gold, stamped with the London leopard hallmark and a date letter for 1978.
